"Ocasio" appears for the first time in Puerto Rico and nowhere else, except descendants from puertoricans. Please check if you find a surname in a language not written using the Roman Alphabet, such a Greek, Arabic, Turkish, etc, a last name that sounds like "Ocasio". Inmigration in PR probably spelled it for the first time using the Roman Alphabet.
