Trying to confirm parents of Lewis Foster Nelson, B. 20 Mar 1811 in NC; married Lavina Chambers 10 Jun 1835 in VA; Died 9 Jan 1857 in Pulaski Co., KY. Older children born Lee Co., VA, younger ones in Pulaski Co., KY. Found land records all signed by Lewis, Lavina, Jourdan and Sarah Nelson. Think Jourdan & Sarah MAY be parents but have not found further info to confirm. Looking for help.
