Hi Claudia, sorry to be so late in responding to you. I do not believe that I have any Matchetts at all in those States. I have to be honest with you and any other Matchett researcher, I have not really examined Syayeside at all for my Matchette connections.

My main focus has been trying to find out who my WILLIAM MATCHETT 1800-1875 parents were. Spculation has it that his father's name was, John and his mother's name was, Margaret. I have no proff of this but am hoping someone does come across with the answers I need.
