Hi Vivienne Matchett! I am sorry that I am not familular with your line at all. My line starts with WILLIAM MATCHETT who was born in Cavan Co. Northern Ireland in 1800 and died in the Miramichi area of New Brunswick, Canada on November 6, 1875. He came her as a stow away at the age of 15.

I cannot find out who his parents were at all. Speculation says that his fathers name could have been John and his mothers name might have been Margaret. I don't really know but wish I did!
