My Thomas Martin born 1782 was married to Sarah Cummings 1802. He was from England and moved to Quebec, Canada by 1825. He was married prior to coming and I would like to find this family. He was said to have come as a young child to Boston, MA. His father could have been also Thomas and was at sea, for many years and he married the Captians daughter. They were United Empire Loyalists. Sons Henry and Edward/Edwin moved to Troy, Rensselaer Co, in New York and thier sister Elizabeth McCurdy, and Esther also were there. Son Arthur moved to Holyoke, Hampden, MA. I am looking for descendants of this line of Martins.
