I am desperately trying to find information on Wm. B. Martin, born Sept. 1, 1850. He married Mildred Mary Hughes. He was said to have been raised by a family called Pursley from Portland, Tn. I have found info that stated a family of Martins lived in an apt.#132A and a family of Pursley's lived in #132B. I think they might have been barracks. Any information would be appreciated.
