Looking for Jones's of Mason Co., WV. The best I can figure is that they were there in the 1700's to the early 1800's Some of the Jones's eventually made their way to Missouri, around St. Francois Co. The names that I have are Andrew who married Mary Trobough (other spellings) and they had several children one being my great grandfather Henry Jones, married Louisa Armon/Arman in St. Francois Co., MO. They had seveal children one being my grandfather, George Washington Jones and he married Florence M. Morris. They eventually made their way to CA. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have been told that Andrews father might have been a William Jones. They also may have been in the Point Pleasant area.
