I am looking for information on my G G Grandfather Andrew J Johnson born Goettenburg Sweden Approx 1845. Traveled to Australia via ship as crew and stayed. Settled in and arround Port Macquarie NSW Australia. He Advertised for his bride and Married and Irish lass by the name of Mary Ann O'Connor. I am looking for information on the swedish side. I have information from when he can to Australia but before that is like it almost did not exist.

From stories I have been told he was a Swedish Duke. He gave up his title to stay here.
