I am trying to trace the birth of Philip Hill. Married to Elizabeth Molyneux in 1873 in Eccleston Prescot Lancashire England. Father's name John Hill. Philip's birth about 1852 using reference from 1891 & 1901 census. Cannot find his name in any Parish register in the area or the GRO. Does anyone have any suggestions
