Where were Albert and Florence from? And Where did Louisa (Cecilia) and Stanley live?

Cecilia, was either a middle name you dont know about, or she may have been renamed as was once common practice if a family member died , so that the name would live on. Considering when she was born I doubt she was renamed,this seemed to occur more often in the 16, 17, and 1800's.But generally not seen in the 1900's.
I have a Great Grandfather, that everone said over and over he was never given a middle name, untill I found it and they still dont want to believe it. hehe sometimes people just arent told. If I can be of any help, please let me know. I have 17 generations of of the name Hill behind me.
