I am interesting in hearing more about your Hayden ancestry. I know we talked a while ago. I always thought Joseph Hayden the son of John the immigrant was a bachelor, so I would appreciate hearing more on what you have on him.

At this point, to my knowledge, no one descended from John can conclusively prove past him, camps putting him in Gideon Hayden (1586-1662) lineage and others in William Hayden's (1570-?). Either would be interesting, Gideon's maternal grandfather was Sir Amayas Paulet, jailer of Mary Queen of Scots and his portrait was done in his lifetime. One of the female lines of William Hayden goes back to Edward I.
