Researching ancestors of Burnis Brown Hayden born 10/23/1829, died 5/20/06. Burnis was the only son of Jacob Hayden and Elizabeth Wilson. He grew up in Kentucky and moved to Iowa, then north central Missouri at the end of the civil war. He farmed near Hale, Mo. and raised a family of five daughters and one son. Retired to Hale City proper in 1896 and died there in 1906. Have 100+ family photos from 1850 on to identify and share.
