Daniel George Harris of England, was a poet who had at least one book of poetry published, "Songs in the Night"
He was born either 1820 or 1821, died July 10, 1890 - aged 69.
He was supposedly an editor of The London Times, but I've been unable to verify that.
On 7 Sept 1843, he married Julia Ann Elizabeth Prentice. She was at least 14 years his senior, and died in 1858.
Our line is the Prentice line, but would like to get more information on Mr. Harris. At one time a relative had a book of his poetry, but it's been lost.
