My John Hall was born in North Carolina, lived in Bedford County, Tennessee and died in Nacogdoches, Texas. His son John A. Hall jr moved to Perry County, Alabama. Some of the family stayed in Tennesse, but most moved to Texas. One moved to Oregon then Arizona. One to California then to Texas. I have copies of John Hall's probate records and many other records.
