Thomas Hall and Susannah Beall

Does anyone have any info about Thomas Hall who married Susannah Beall. They were married in 1820 in Mason Co.,Ky. Thomas was supposed to be a Methodist Episcopal minister. On their marriage papers the names Thomas Hall and Pennel Beall appear. We don't know who Pennel Beall is. Any help on any of this would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Dave Hall
