I have recently taken a DNA test through www.dnaheritage.com. I am sure as more and more Halls follow me this will result in rapid progress tracing your ancestors. My Haplotype is i1a which I understand is Norwegian Viking. The result of my DYS437 marker is 17. This is most interesting as it very rare. Other Hall families that match including 17 result at DYS437 is a certain match and this could open new areas of the UK to research. So take the plunge it easy (a mouth swab sample) quick the results only a few weeks. Any questions John Hall gthirkleby@aol.com
