Looking for my sisters mother.

It is understood she had a sister.
At some point moved possibly to Philadelphia. She and my father often visited an orphanage in Philly where she said that her sisters children were living.

She married my father John Joseph Russo in Elkton, M.D. 1949. They had four children. John Joseph Russo (who died in 1970 - the year before I was born), Thomas Russo, Edwardine (Denise) Russo and Michelina Russo (who died the day she was born).

Frances left him with three kids and married David Roberts (or Forbes) in Newark NJ. He had a Neon Sign shop in Newark and they lived above it. My sister has at least 2 half brothers as a result of this marriage. David was African American.
