Does anyone have any info of this man? Census sheets in Miss. say he was born in S.C. Married a Rebecca A. Woolley born 1817? First shows up in Pike Co. Miss. in 1840 census with 1male child 10-15 years and a female child 15-20 years old.(This is probably not his children though). Moved on to Claiborne Parish, La. and then Winn Parish, La. We lose him then in after the 1860 census(probably died) as well as his wife. Children are as follows: 1.Christopher C. b. 1843(Miss.) 2.Sarah Catherine b. 1845 (Miss) 3. James Washington b.1849 (La.)(My gr- grandfather) 4.William M. b.1850 (La.) 5.Margaret Elizabeth b.1854(La.) 6.George L. b.1855 (La.). He and his family were always with or close to John Green or part of his family in Miss. and in La. except for Winn Parish. If anyone can shed some light on this man before 1840 or after 1860 please help. My family has been working on this for years and have not had any leads. Please help. Thank you! Sharon Stewart
