I am still trying to find Samuel P. Gordon's parents, he was born abt. 1815 in Montgomery County, Virginia and died abt. 1867. He was my G-G-Grandfather and I've hit that proverbial "brickwall" in my family research. I cannot go back any further at this point. I am a disabled Vietnam Vet and there are numerous times that I cannot travel to cities and towns where records may be kept, I have attempted to request look ups from time to time to na avail. If anyone can assist with this I will appreciate it! Thanx!
