I am trying to find parents and grand parents of of my grand father. He claimed to be Robert Lee Gordon. He used Michigan and Virginia as his place of birth. His date of birth according to the 1920 and 1930 census and the draft registration would be a range of 1881 to 1891 but most likely 1889-1891. he married Ada Juanita House in 1916 in Montana. At that time he said his parents were Oden B. Gordon and Rebecca B. Talbot. He moved to Tacoma, Washington then went to jail in Walla Walla, WA. He disappeared from Spokane, Washington around 1935.
Any help greatly appreciated as we have all hit a brick wall. he worked for the railroad and also did janitor and caretaker type of work.
Was a bridge tender in Tacoma, WA.
