My father's name at birth was Jon leslie Gilman.His mother's name was Duronda Gilman. My grand mother Duronda nevr told us who the other half of the famils is.My father's name was changed to David Jon Smith. He was born 1934 and died 8/15/72 at 38 years old . We still do not know the exact cause of death. It was a heart attack and that is all we know.My brother and I are in our mid 40's and wuld love some family history, for our kids. Thanks for any info.
