I am looking for my ggrandfather John Calvin Gibson. According to the 1900 census he was born in Texas in 1874. He married Pearl Brown in 1896 in the Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory. They had one son in 1905 named John Edward Gibson. They moved to Texas when he was little. Family rumors say that his father's name was John Calvin Gibson and that he was in the civil war, but I have no idea if that is true or not. That is all I know.
