Maybe someone can help me or send me in the right direction. I am looking for a marriage certificate for Hugh Allen Foster and Sarah Neely. Hugh may have been married before. He was born 1804. Sarah was born around the same time give or take a couple of years. Sarah was married to a John Boyd and he died in 1830 and she married Hugh after 1830. That is all the information I have on Hugh and Sarah.

If at all possible and someone has this family, please throw in their kids for good measure. I can use all the help I can get. Thank you.
