Hi I am looking for information about me. I am James Doty the son of Vernon D. "Jim" Doty and Carole J. Smith. My father was born near the Jacobsburg, Ohio area, on November 12 1941. However, he was eventually placed in the Belmont County Childrens home by his mother the late Fern Phillips. My father was adopted from the children's home by Robert "Smokey" and Leah K. Wion. This is all I really know about my father's family and I am curious now after his passing.
