Hi, I'm new to this message board. My name is Chuck Cornell and I am doing a high school project on my family tree. My father's name is Paul Cornell, his father William Cornell Jr, and his father William Cornell Sr. That's as far as it goes. I know Paul Cornell was born in Youngstown, Ohio.... but that's it. I was also wondering about the ethnicity of the Cornell name. I have been told by my family that we are from Ireland, but I can't fin d the name on any Irish or British surname searches.
Any info would be helpful. THanks
