I am looking for ancestors of Elihu Compton, born 1854 in Russell Co., Va.and died in 1927 in Scott. Co., Va. He apparently married a Nancy Mullins(?) and reportedly had a son by the name of Vince or Vincent; possibly other children. They married before 1888 - not sure of year. Any information would be helpful.
