George was my grandfather and was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey. His siblings were John Clark and Lillian Clark. We believe his father was George also who had married an Anna(?) Melshaw from England. They decided to move west in the 1890'sand moved in with Anna's brother John Melshaw who had immigrated with anna from Sheffield England and rode with Buffalo Bill Cody when they were fighting the indians.They moved to Nebraska and George Senior went to look for work and never came back. We lost him in Nebraska just before the turn of the century and he came from Elizabeth New Jersey.
