The date for the dedication of the Texas State Historical marker for the Caudle Cemetery in Erath County has been set for October 20, 2001 at 10:30am at the Cemetery. Details regarding the meeting place, luncheon and reunion will follow later and will be posted on my web page http://caudlewl.home.att.net where you can find more information and news. Please spread the word to any interested parties.

The cemetery became known as the Caudle Cemetery when Joseph T. Caudle, child of James Robert Caudle and Tennessee Petty Caudle, was buried there. It had previously been known as the South Bolton Cemetery.
