I am a direct descendant of the tree...Jean Cauchon (Marguerite Cointeral)...Jean...Joseph-Antoine...Zacharie...Jean-Marie. Although not noted in Tanguay and other chronicles, I have a record of a son, Pierre, born to Jean-Marie and wife, Marie-Josephte Goulet (in addition to recorded sons, Joseph-Ange and Charles). Pierre married Marie Goulet Nov. 25, 1817 at L'Ange-Gardien, Montmorency, Quebec. I also have a record of a son,Flavien, born to Pierre and Marie. Flavien, in turn, married Luce Bourassa at St.Joseph, Levis, Quebec February 5 1850. Is there someone familiar with this branch of the Cauchon tree that can provide names and details of all or some of the children of the Cauchon-Goulet and Cauchon-Bourassa marriages? Flavien Cauchon was my great-grandfather.
