gg-grandfather, Henry Carter. He was born in S.C. about 1810 and died in Barnwell County, S.C. in 1880. He married (1)to Elizabeth Hiers and (2)to Jane ??. His and Elizabeth's son, Jacob is my g-grandfather. Jacob was born 11/1848.
