I'm still looking for Stephen Carter's birth parents or siblings. He was born in N.Y. in 1761 and got married in 1807 in Québec City, Canada. He then moved with his wife Marie-Louise Foucher (Faucher) to Ste-Marie, Beauce, Québec, Canada where he died in 1823.
