LOOKING FOR COUSINS: I have an ancestor, Michael BUTLER (born in 1783 At Maidstone, Kent, England; died in 1863 at Chatham, Kent, England) who married Elizabeth (born about 1786 at St Margaret, Kent, England; died 1852 at Strood, Kent, England). Her surname could possibly be HACKETT.

They had ten children at Strood and Frindsbury between 1809 and 1834, one of them being my direct line "grandmother", Ann Staples BUTLER who married Reginald HEATH.
