Hi everyone, My name is Chris Parker and I am doing research on my adopted family of Butler's. I have found a paper that dates back to 1766 for ?? Butler and his wife Amy Deland. From there it goes with 3 children that they had:
Ase, Caleb and Hannah. Caleb is my connection to this Butler. Caleb was born 01-09-1792 and married Polly Whitney 03-04-1813, and died 06-25-1870. Caleb and Polly had 10 children, the youngest being George Butler. The other children were:
Adaline, Calista, Amy, Mary, Valois, Alfred, Hannah, Horase, and Henry.
George Butler was born 09-25-1840 and married Sabra Harmon date unknown. George died 12-24-1927.
George and Sabra had 4 children:
Ella Elsie, Frank Henry (my grandfather), Louis Luther and Amy Eva.
Frank Henry was born 10-05-1871 and married Eva Celestine Browne 06-20-1917 in Waukegan, Illinois. Frank Henry died in 1963. Frank and Eva Butler had 2 children, Frank Lloyd (my dad by adoption) and Louise Helen.
Frank Lloyd was born 03-09-1919 in Waukegan, IL. He was married to LouElla Powell. Frank Lloyd died on 03-30-1999.
