I am looking for information on Samuel Stafford Brown b. 1858 in Illinois. Resided in O'Brien Co., IA in 1889 until his demise in 1933. Son of Geo H. Brown and Helen Kinney. Married Debra Fisk in Rockton, IL Dec 23, 1889. Some of his descendants are still in that general area. Their daughter, Helen Elizabeth Brown, married LeVerne Elsworth Brown in Kansas in 1918. Do not think there is any relationship between these two Browns except their marriage to each other.

Also looking for George Elsworth Brown (LeVerne's line) b. abt 1862, possibly Illinois. Married Sarah Jane Bell Johnston in 1893 in Adams Co., IA. His father was Andrew Jackson Brown, mother's name unknown. Last known address was in Kansas City, KS in 1920. His son, LeVerne, returned to Iowa around 1923 and resided in O'Brien Co. for most of his life.
