I am trying to find the parents of the above William N. Brown b. Apil 13 1786 Tenn married to a Ruth Tilson of Tenn (married on Feb. 22 1815 carter Co., Tenn)
He died in Madison Co., NC on may 13, 1851
not sure if his parents were from tenn. or not.
but would love to find them to continue the search on the Browns. My grandfather George Andrew Brown Yancey Co., NC is a descendent of William N. Brown. He was b. in Yancey Co., NC July 1899. Any information appreciated. Thanks
