I am working on Bells in Chester Co. SC. Valentine Bell d. 1799 leaving a will which named a James, William, Zephaniah, John and Valentine. One the daughters was Rachel. These are earlier dates, but your James William may be a son of one of these. Can you give me where James came from in SC? My line was in AL just across the border from Pontotoc Co. MS. Thanks. E. Walker Myer
