I am researching Celia ALLEN, b abt 1773 in VA, who married John PEARSON, Sr 06 May 1793 in Nelson Co, KY. The 1850 Federal Census for Patoia Twp, Gibson Co, IN show a "C" Pearson (77 yr old, female, born in Vir) to be living with John (47) and Elizabeth (43) Pearson and their children. Presumably, this is John Jr's mother. John Jr also had a brother named Allen.
