I believe they are the grandparents of WILLIAM ANDERSON ADKINS who married JUDITH ADELINE TATE, possibly through their son, JESSE who was born abt 1788.
Owen Adkins was the sonofWILLIAM ADKINS & LYDIA OWEN.
